The location is magnificent and good, very close to the city market, schools, and old wooden houses. the staff are amiable and amazingly nice.

The hotel was spotless, the room was reasonably large and the bed was comfy. Very amiable and amicable staff, I truly enjoyed them all. The location was nice and handy, so close to Night Bazaar as well as cafe, and had magnificent views. It also was next to the post office.

We loved this hotel for its great location, just steps away from the charming night market and conveniently near the post office. Cleanliness was top-notch and hotel facilities like the free bicycle rental were a great addition. The staff impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. Finally, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious.

This boutique hotel is conveniently located near the post office and a charming night market. the modern loft-style rooms are elegantly decorated with local Northern touches. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and they offer free bicycle rentals. Breakfast is served in the cozy coffee shop with good food choices.

The price for a 3-person room may be a little high for the extra mattress on the floor and difficult ladder access, as mentioned in a previous review.

Loved the hospitality of the staff and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the coffee shops nearby were a great addition , perfect for a caffeine fix. the hotel's modern architecture and Northern touch made it feel like a home away from home.

Although the high ceiling made the room appear more roomy, it was not maintained properly , dusty and with traces of cow, web. Hug Inn provided a relaxing city break with great complementary features such as bicycle rental and a local map, as well as in a key location with great coffee shops nearby and a modern elegance to the architecture.

Spent Xmas at a hotel with great styling of rooms and a friendly staff. The hotel was conveniently located near a 7-11 and night market, and the free bicycle hire was a plus. We were provided with recommendations of places to visit and eat, and given a free room upgrade. The rooms were well appointed and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Some minor inconveniences during our stay. The room rate seemed a bit high for a 3-person room, with the extra bed being a simple mattress on the floor accessed by a steep ladder.
